How do I place my first order?
Message us on WhatsApp or Telegram with what you need. No sign-ups, no accounts, no forms. Tell us the product and your location, and we will confirm availability and pricing within minutes.
What information do I need to provide?
Just three things: what you want, your city/area, and your preferred delivery time. We do not ask for your full name, ID, or any personal documents. A first name and general location are enough.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No. We handle orders of all sizes, from single items to bulk requests. Pricing is quoted per item and confirmed before you commit. No hidden fees, no surprise charges.

Do I need to pay before delivery?

Yes, payment is required before or at handoff. Unlike traditional services, we cannot risk non-payment for discreet deliveries where recovery is impossible.

However, we structure this to protect you:

  • Crypto payments are confirmed on the blockchain before dispatch — fast and verifiable
  • First-time alternative payments (bank/e-money/Botim) are held with clear confirmation receipts
  • You inspect before final confirmation — if the product is wrong or damaged, the transaction is halted and refunded

Scam Warning: If anyone asks for prepayment outside of our official WhatsApp or Telegram channels, it is not us. Always verify payment details directly with us.

Is there a refund policy?

Because you inspect the product at handoff, refunds are rare. However:

  • At delivery: Decline the product if quality is off — pay nothing
  • After delivery: Contact us within 24 hours for genuine issues — replacement or credit toward your next order
  • Crypto refunds: Processed back to your wallet within 2-4 hours of confirmation
Delivery & Coverage
Which countries do you deliver to?
We cover the entire Gulf Cooperation Council region: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. Delivery times vary by location — major cities typically same-day, remote areas within 24-48 hours. Contact us to confirm timing for your specific area.
How discreet is the packaging?
Completely neutral. No branding, no labels, no indication of contents. Our packaging is deliberately plain — plain bags or boxes that could contain anything. The handoff is equally discreet: our couriers dress casually and behave like any ordinary delivery.
Can I choose my delivery time?
Yes. When confirming your order, suggest a time window that works for you. We accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening slots. Same-day delivery is available for most metro areas if you order before 4 PM.
What if I am not home at delivery time?
Message us as soon as possible to reschedule. We understand plans change. We offer one free reschedule per order. After that, a small redelivery fee may apply depending on your location.
Privacy & Security
How do you protect my privacy?
We do not store customer databases, do not share data with third parties, and do not keep records that could expose you. Your interaction exists only in our encrypted chat conversation. We do not email, SMS, or generate digital receipts. No traces. No records. No exposure.
Will my order appear on my bank statement?

Not if you use cryptocurrency. Crypto transactions do not appear on bank statements at all — they exist only on the blockchain between wallet addresses.

If you use a first-time alternative method (bank transfer, e-money, Botim), those will show on respective statements under generic descriptors. For maximum long-term discretion, we encourage transitioning to crypto after your first order.

Do you keep a record of my orders?
No. We do not maintain order histories, customer profiles, or purchase databases. Each order is handled as a discrete transaction. If you order again in the future, we treat it as a fresh conversation. This is intentional — it protects you, and it protects us.
Products & Quality
How do I know the product is genuine?
Every product is verified before dispatch. We check seals, packaging integrity, and expiration dates. At handoff, you have the right to inspect before paying. If anything looks off, decline the delivery — no questions asked, no payment required.
Can I request a product you do not currently stock?
Yes. Send us the product name or description. If it is available through our network, we will source it and quote you a price. If not, we will tell you honestly — no false promises, no bait-and-switch.
What if the product is damaged during delivery?
Inspect the package at handoff. If damage occurred in transit, decline and do not pay. We will arrange a replacement at no cost. Our packaging is designed to prevent this, but on the rare occasion it happens, we take full responsibility.
