However, we structure this to protect you:

- First-time alternative payments (bank/e-money/Botim) are held with clear confirmation receipts
- You inspect before final confirmation — if the product is wrong or damaged, the transaction is halted and refunded
Because you inspect the product at handoff, refunds are rare. However:
