Contact Us First
Before buying any crypto, message us on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order details. We will confirm availability, give you the exact total in USD, and provide a wallet address to send the payment to. Do not buy crypto until you have our wallet address — sending to the wrong address means losing your money forever.

Go to MoonPay & Select Your Crypto
Visit moonpay.com/buy. Choose the cryptocurrency we requested — usually Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), or Ethereum (ETH). Enter the exact amount we quoted you. Do not round up or down — send the precise amount to avoid underpayment or overpayment issues.
MoonPay will show you the total cost including their fee (typically 4.5% for card purchases). This is normal and expected.

Enter Your Wallet Address
MoonPay asks where to send the crypto. This is where you paste our wallet address — the one we sent you on WhatsApp/Telegram. Triple-check every character. Crypto addresses are long strings of letters and numbers; one wrong character and the money disappears forever.
If MoonPay asks for a “memo” or “tag” (common with USDT), we will provide that too. Include it exactly as given.
We will send the address as a copy-paste message to avoid typos. -

Pay with Your Debit Card
Enter your card details just like any online purchase. MoonPay accepts Visa, Mastercard, and most major debit cards. Some Gulf banks may block crypto purchases — if your card is declined, try a different bank’s card or use Apple Pay / Google Pay if available.
You may need to complete a quick identity verification (photo of ID + selfie) — this is MoonPay’s legal requirement, not ours. It takes 2–3 minutes and is only required once.

Wait for Confirmation
After payment, MoonPay processes the transaction. This usually takes 5–15 minutes for Bitcoin, under 2 minutes for USDT (TRC-20 network), and 3–5 minutes for Ethereum. You will see a confirmation screen with a transaction ID (TXID).
Screenshot the TXID and send it to us immediately. This is your proof of payment. We use it to track the transaction on the blockchain and confirm receipt.

We Verify & Dispatch
Once we see the transaction on the blockchain (usually within minutes of your confirmation), we mark your order as paid and begin packing. You will get a message from us confirming receipt and giving you an estimated delivery time.
From the moment you send the TXID to us confirming receipt: typically under 30 minutes for crypto verification.

Never Buy Before Contacting Us
We need to give you the correct wallet address first. Buying crypto to your own wallet then trying to send it to us adds fees, delays, and risk of mistakes.
Send the Exact Amount
MoonPay fees are separate from the amount we quote. Buy exactly what we ask for — do not round. Underpayment causes delays; overpayment is lost.
Double-Check the Network
For USDT, we use the TRC-20 network (Tron). Sending on ERC-20 (Ethereum) or BEP-20 (BSC) will lose your money. We will specify the network clearly.
Keep Your Card Ready
Some Gulf banks flag crypto purchases as suspicious. If your card is declined, try Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a card from a different bank. Do not give up — there is always a way.
