How We
Deliver
Three proven methods, each designed around one principle: your privacy is non-negotiable. Every handoff is calculated, every detail is covered.
Delivery Methods
Choose what works for your situation
We do not do random drop-offs or public meetups. Every delivery follows a strict protocol shaped by years of experience across the Gulf. You pick the method, we handle the execution — and neither of us leaves a trace.
Drop Location
Most PopularYou name a spot — a parked car, a building lobby, a bench in a quiet area, behind a dumpster, under a stairwell — and we place the package there without ever making contact. You retrieve it on your own time. No faces, no handoffs, no witnesses.
-
You send the exact location — a pinned WhatsApp map drop, a photo of the spot, or detailed written directions. Vague descriptions cause delays.
-
We scout the area first. Our driver does a slow pass to check for cameras, foot traffic, security presence, and lighting. If the spot feels risky, we suggest an alternative — never forcing a bad location.
-
The drop happens in under 30 seconds. The driver parks, exits the vehicle only if necessary, places the package in the agreed spot, and leaves immediately. No lingering, no looking around.
-
You receive a confirmation photo showing the package in place, plus a brief description of nearby landmarks. You retrieve it when you are ready — there is no rush, no coordination needed.
The driver never knows your name, your face, or your phone number. All communication flows through our dispatch system. The vehicle is unmarked, the driver wears plain clothes, and the package is wrapped in neutral, unbranded material. If the drop spot has CCTV, we place the package in the camera’s blind spot or use an angle that obscures the handoff. After the drop, all location data is deleted from our system within 24 hours.
In-Car Delivery
FastestThe driver pulls up to your location — a parking lot, a side street, your building’s loading zone — and you receive the package without ever leaving your vehicle. Zero exposure, zero witnesses, zero conversation. This is the fastest method and the one our repeat customers prefer once they trust the process.
-
You share your vehicle description — make, model, color, and approximate parking location. If you are in a moving vehicle, we coordinate a rendezvous point where both cars can pause safely.
-
The driver approaches and parks adjacent or behind you. The vehicle is unmarked, plain, and blends into traffic. No flashy cars, no tinted windows that draw attention.
-
You stay strapped in your seatbelt. The driver rolls down their window, extends the package arm’s length, and you take it without unbuckling or opening your door. Both drivers remain in their seats at all times. The exchange takes 3–5 seconds.
-
Both vehicles depart immediately in opposite directions. No follow, no second glance. The driver takes a randomized route back to base to avoid pattern detection.
This method is built on mutual invisibility. The driver never sees more than the back of your head and your hand. You never see the driver’s face — they wear a cap and sunglasses as standard. Both vehicles have no identifying marks, no stickers, no custom plates. The exchange happens below window level, shielded from sidewalk view by the car bodies themselves. No words are spoken. If either party feels uneasy, the protocol is simple: drive away. No confrontation, no questions. We reschedule at no cost.
Hotel Delivery
Stealth ModeHotels are high-traffic, high-surveillance environments — which is exactly why our hotel protocol is the most refined. We never deliver to your room, never interact with reception, and never look like a delivery person. The package arrives disguised as a standard food order, carried through the lobby like any other guest expecting room service.
-
You provide the hotel name, your room number, and a delivery time window. We do not need your real name — a pseudonym or initials work fine. We only need to know which floor and which wing.
-
The package is packed inside a sealed, branded food delivery bag — generic burger chain logo, thermal lining, the works. Inside, your order sits in a secondary odor-proof, vacuum-sealed pouch. From the outside, it is indistinguishable from a late-night meal.
-
The courier walks in like a guest or a food delivery rider. They know the hotel layout in advance — lobby cameras, elevator positions, hallway blind spots. They do not ask reception for directions. They do not make eye contact with staff. They move with purpose, not hesitation.
-
The bag is left at your door — not knocked, not handed over. You receive a message: “Outside your door.” You wait 2–3 minutes for the courier to clear the floor, then retrieve it. The bag goes straight into your room; the inner pouch is opened privately.
Hotels have cameras in lobbies, elevators, and hallways. Our protocol accounts for every lens. The courier’s face is partially obscured by a cap and mask — standard in post-pandemic hospitality, so it raises zero suspicion. The food bag shields the package from view during the entire walk. No delivery is attempted if hotel security is unusually active — we abort and reschedule rather than risk exposure. After delivery, the courier changes outer clothing before leaving the area. The food bag is discarded in a public bin blocks away. Your room number is deleted from our records the moment you confirm receipt.
Privacy Pillars
Non-negotiable standards across every method
These four principles are not suggestions — they are hardwired into every delivery we make. Break one, and the whole system collapses. We do not break them.
Zero Identity Exchange
Drivers never know your name, number, or face. You never know theirs. All coordination runs through encrypted dispatch channels with auto-deleting messages.
Camera Evasion
Every route is scouted for CCTV. Drivers know blind spots, camera angles, and alternate paths. If a location is over-watched, we do not deliver there — period.
Data Autodestruct
Delivery locations, vehicle descriptions, and room numbers are wiped from our systems within 24 hours of confirmation. No logs, no history, no leverage for anyone.
Packaging Neutrality
Every package is plain, unbranded, and scent-sealed. No logos, no labels, no distinctive wrapping. In hotel mode, it hides inside a food bag. In all modes, it reveals nothing.
Ground Rules
What we expect from you
Our security protocols only work when both sides cooperate. These are not demands — they are the conditions that keep both of us safe. Ignore them, and we reserve the right to cancel the order with a full refund.
Customer Responsibilities
-
Be reachable during the delivery window. If we arrive and you are unresponsive for over 15 minutes, we abort and reschedule. Repeated no-shows result in blacklisting.
-
Do not bring third parties to the handoff. Friends, partners, or curious bystanders compromise the protocol. If someone is with you, use drop location instead.
-
Do not approach the driver outside the protocol. No small talk, no extended eye contact, no attempts to identify them. The less we know about each other, the safer we both are.
-
Confirm receipt promptly. A simple “got it” message lets us close the order and wipe your data. Ghosting after delivery forces us to keep records longer — which hurts your privacy.
-
Never share our delivery details with anyone. Routes, driver descriptions, vehicle info, and timing are confidential. Leaking them endangers future operations and future customers.
